parents were going to buy. You saved them from making the
biggest mistake of their lives. The leaks in the roof and water
damage in the walls would have cost them a small fortune that they
don't have at their age. That was negative thing about this house
that the untrained eyes never saw. The owner claimed that was a new
roof as of 2002, obviousely that was a lie. I was able to see a lot
of issues with the roof that just fixing it was NOT enough, which is
what they wanted to do. The pictures were very helpful to see that
fixing or repairing didn't work before. Thank you so very much for
being so great at what you do!! I would always recommend a home
inspection for anyone buying a home and you would be the one I
recommend. Anytime you need a reference, don't hesitate to use me or
